A full set of Dinner menus, recently amended to incorporate a number dishes with the new SPE-certification Sanitas per Escam (Health through Food) (see below).
NB: The "Celebrity Favorites" Menu (which I forgot) now lists vegetables incl. cauliflower au gratin - and the escargots are back!
